MORINGA – how many times have I said “no not merenge MORINGA!” Lol This leaf is a GAME CHANGER. Or it can be! We use it every day in our lunches with our staff meals to add nutritional value to the food. We supply moringa to people in our community including a dear elderly lady whom we supply meals to daily as well as HIV patients who need the highest nutrional value possible in their food. It can be used in rice, eggs, soups, eaten raw for a salad and dried and ground into a powder to be in its strongest form. Our moringa drying closet has 20 shelves to dry the leaves and we will be posting soon about are production and distribution of Moringa in our area!
I think that Moringa is best used in fresh salads. Would there be a market for the young leaves for fancy hotels in PaP?
